Summary
Hello, and welcome back! Today we have some familiar faces joining us: Melissa (from the episode on her narcissist neighbor) And Maria Bowbanks, founder of Spirit Wellbeing from our last ep. We came together today for an affirmation setting workshop with Maria, and we learned a lot! We came away with new affirmations, and knowledge of how to do it right. We hope you enjoy. Oh, and please forgive the first... maybe 10 minutes of this episode. I don't know what I did to that mic, but it wasn't good (it does get better, I promise). Let's see... I also forgot to say what my "high" of the week was! I was clearly a little scattered for my first time with two guests! I still think it went well, but hey - you can be the judge of that :) If you have any questions for Maria or Melissa, feel free to submit a question on my site as normal, or you can reach Maria here: Power Up Positivity - Maria's book Maria's website and work Maria's Instagram And you can reach Melissa here: Melissa's Instagram Melissa's Website If you have questions, thoughts, or topics you’d like covered, you can use the contact form on practicalsomatic.com/podcast. If you — or someone you know — is interested in further resources, somatic coaching with me, or advice and guidance (sounding board sessions) to support healing after narcissistic or coercive abuse, you can find more information at practicalsomatic.com. If this episode resonates, rating or reviewing the podcast helps it reach people who are still trying to make sense of their experience. Thanks!
