We came together today for an affirmation setting workshop with Maria, and we learned a lot! We came away with new affirmations, and knowledge of how to do it right. We hope you enjoy. Oh, and please forgive the first... maybe 10 minutes of this episode. I don't know what I did to that mic, but it wasn't good (it does get better, I promise). Let's see... I also forgot to say what my "high" of the week was! I was clearly a little scattered for my first time with two guests!
