If working more hours made people wealthy, the most exhausted workers in our society would be millionaires. But we know that's not true. Often the lowest paid jobs require the most hours. The people working three different jobs to make ends meet would be the wealthiest, but that's not how it works. In this episode, I dedicate the conversation to a specific client I've been working with on challenging a belief many of us have been taught: that more hours equals more money.
