Summary
This episode is a deep one, it might be triggering for some, so, for those of you who are feeling delicate, maybe don't listen to it. I'm sharing this journal entry of mine, which was a big burst of emotions, from sadness to disappointment, from tears, to despair, but ending up in a deep healing. Why would I share something so deep and personal? To be honest, I nearly didn't share this episode, but then I noticed old feminine & masculine wounds as well as outdated thought patterns, started to creep back up. A fear of being too dramatic, a fear of showing my vulnerability, attempts to compare myself to others or more serious addictions, which could have actually bypassed the healing, and so, in order to heal those deeply and throughly, and in the quest to hopefully help others too, I decided to share it, in the end.
