Summary
Part 2 of the live show from Carmarthen’s Lyric Theatre. Elis James returns to Carmarthen for a special live recording of The Socially Distant Sports Bar , joined by Mike Bubbins and producer Steff Garrero. After a short interval — and a pizza in the dressing room — the second half picks up with the crowd fully involved and the conversation that bit looser. This time, the lads take in 1970s wrestling and sports fandom at its most intense, Elis tries to work out exactly what wakeboarding is, and Steff brings in a story about how a Welsh rugby player’s Filipino parents ended up settling in Llanelli.
