Summary
Cait was 31 and had never had a boyfriend. She’d come to the conclusion that something must be wrong with her, because she’d tried everything. And, as a die hard romantic who really wanted to fall in love, her inability to find the right person started to take a toll on her mental health. So she did something different. She took a break from sex and dating to reset, then came back with one change: she was going to wait. No rushing into sex, no getting swept up before knowing if they were actually on the same page. And her new approach? It worked. In this episode, we debate the age-old question: how long should you wait to have sex with someone, and does it actually make a difference?
