Lately, I’ve been walking through a season that hasn’t been easy. 😔 My family and I just relocated to a new state, and while I’m grateful for the fresh start, I’ve also found myself struggling to adjust. New routines, new surroundings, and even the sense of starting over again—it’s all stretched me in ways I wasn’t expecting. Since we moved 3 weeks ago, I have been struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, anger, and sadness. I have been getting triggered so much over these past couple weeks. It's been so so challenging!
