In this final episode of 2025, I’m taking you properly behind the scenes of my business – the highs, the lows, the “ what on earth was I thinking? ” moments, and what I’m taking with me into 2026. I love a behind-the-scenes moment (hello terrible reality TV), and I know so many of you do too. In this episode, I share: My biggest high of the year: launching and growing the Scaling Wellness Accelerator from a 12-week beta with 6 founders… to 23+ wellness experts through the doors, recurring revenue and a hybrid model I love. How group support changed everything for me – why being in the right room and running my own high-touch group has given me more momentum, better ideas and way more joy in my day-to-day work. The real revenue story: how I matched my 2024 revenue by August, almost doubled year-on-year, and why Q4 (and even December!) have been some of my highest months ever. Becoming less “time for money” dependent: what it felt like to go on holiday, schedule everything in advance and make sales from the beach – and where I still need to improve my boundaries and support in 2026.
