Summary
First, Angel returns from a grief sabbatical. When he kills a vampire from his past, her lover—also a vampire who used to roll with Angelus—swears revenge. Cordelia sees this as a great time to get Angel to talk about his feelings. Then, Cordelia’s visions, which have been growing more and more painful, start to manifest as physical injuries to her body. Angel soon learns that Lilah has something to do with it, and if he wants her to stop, he’ll need to pay a steep price. Gavin does lawyer things.
