Summary
So that's the London Marathon DONE and now it's time for a whole new adventure with Paula & Thommo: "Here Comes The Run"! This is all about Family Fitness, getting out there in the (hopefully) good weather and hearing from some great guests along the way. We kick off with broadcaster and radio presenter Nemone. She'll be talking about how running keeps her going in a very busy schedule. While DJing on BBC Radio 1 & 6Music, she's also a fully trained psychotherapist as well. Add to the mix how she tried to make it into the Greek Olympic Team for the Athens Olympics and which songs she thinks you should have in your ears in miles 1, 20 and 26 and it's a great start to our new season! We are going to keep that marathon theme going over the next few weeks. We want to hear your stories.
