Summary

I almost didn't share this one. I've been sitting on this episode for a while now, telling myself it wasn't the right time. Trigger: I talk about ADHD, Complex PTSD and Trauma. That it was too raw. That we were heading into launch season and this wasn't the kind of content you share when you're trying to grow a business. Over the last six to eight months I have been through the most confronting, transformative, and ultimately liberating period of my life. And what I found underneath all of it changed everything.
