Summary
Hello and welcome back - Today's episode is all about self advocacy. What is it, really - and what do we trauma survivors sometimes THINK it is. Where does gaslighting come in, and what does the body have to say about all of this? Join me as I share my experiences from 2024... 2 years on! That's right, this episode is actually a throwback episode from a time in my life that was quite chaotic, and so I completely forgot to upload it! I found it really interesting to hear me then, as I sat with me now - and notice the changes. So, as you listen today, I hope you reflect on where you were 2 years ago. What has changed, how have you healed, and how is your life better now than it was then? It's important to notice progress, and that's something we often forget about! I hope you enjoy. If this episode resonates, rating or reviewing the podcast helps it reach people who are still trying to make sense of their experience. Thanks!
