We talk about the emotional toll of sharing a kitchen, why restrictive approaches like a strict low-carb diet can make things even harder in family settings, and what real support actually looks like. Most importantly, I share practical strategies for making this sustainable: communicating clearly about what you need, creating simple default meals, building a flexible structure instead of a rigid one, and focusing on what you can control.
