Summary

Everyone give a warm welcome to my very first guest! One of my closest friends from college, Lexi Thompson. We’re having a very honest, vulnerable conversation about what it was like growing up Mormon in California vs. Utah, the similarities and differences in our experiences, how we view Mormonism now, & what navigating spirituality looks like for us today. This episode is not about tearing anything down. It’s about growth, curiosity, and allowing yourself to evolve without shame. We talk about faith, identity, friendship, dating, and what it really looks like to choose a life that feels aligned, even when it’s uncomfortable. I’m so proud of this one. I hope it makes you feel less alone wherever you’re at in your own journey. TGIF BABES!
