If you remember, not long ago we had Sam on for the first time to chat about his journey into running. He struggled with health and weight before starting to run and has become a very competitive runner in just a few years time! On that last episode, Sam was hoping for a big PR at London Marathon and did just that. Sam ran 2:23 at London, continuing his marathon PB streak (he has PR'd in every marathon he has done so far!). After the race, he felt like he still had some life in his legs and decided to take another shot at a sub-2:20 at Copenhagen Marathon just a couple weeks later!
