Summary

I found this a complicated conversation, not because of the topic, but because Morley Robbins is quite technical. Nonetheless, he did his best to simplify his argument, which is that illness is primarily an energy issue. Specifically, the relationship between copper, iron, and magnesium. For example, he says that too much iron (or the regulation of iron), not too little iron, is causing us to age, which is killing us. Put another way, stop taking iron supplements. Instead of me typing more and running the risk of misrepresenting him, give it a listen. It's very interesting.
