Nonetheless, he did his best to simplify his argument, which is that illness is primarily an energy issue. Specifically, the relationship between copper, iron, and magnesium. For example, he says that too much iron (or the regulation of iron), not too little iron, is causing us to age, which is killing us. Put another way, stop taking iron supplements.
