Summary
Ulcerative Colitis vexes more than 5 million people all over the world. Mucus, bloody stool and abdominal pain controls their life. Most are told by their doctors to eat more fiber and avoid red meat. But is this advice truly helpful, or is it causing harm? Lee Copus, from Kent, UK was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2013 and had a colectomy in 2017. He now has to live with an ostomy bag. By pure chance, he stumbled on Mikhaila Peterson's story where she had cured her depression, as well as multiple other ailments. He decided to take a leap of faith.... the carnivore diet. After 3 weeks, his life changed and his depression lifted, along with other ailments.
