We’re talking about: Why holding onto your truth can feel like survival but may also block your growth The importance of having a supportive inner circle and trustworthy allies Ways to safely share your truth including journaling, therapy, creative expression, or just showing up authentically How black women, historically and culturally, have had to mask their truths and why reclaiming space to be fully human is an act of self-care Navigating the highs and lows, the valleys and peaks, of life while honoring your own journey This episode is an invitation to let go of the pressure to be perfect, to stop bottling things up for survival, and to explore ways to express yourself safely and honestly.
