Joann is 53, based in Melbourne, and had been training on and off for five years before she came to work with me. She was doing what she thought was right. Tracking macros, eating protein and salads, keeping calories at 1580. Going to the gym five to six days a week. She was not inconsistent. She was just using a method that was working against her physiology.
