Dr. Everett Meyer discusses " Orca-T vs allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (PRECISION-T): a multicenter, randomized phase 3 trial " which demonstrated that Orca-T showed superior chronic GVHD–free survival compared to the control arm (78.0% vs 38.4%, P < .001) and lower nonrelapse mortality (3.4% vs 13.2%, P = .03). Dr. Olivier Hermine shares insights from " VEXAS anemia is a mosaic erythroblastopenia " which proposes that VEXAS syndrome–associated anemia should be considered as a mosaic erythroblastopenia, in which the severity of anemia is influenced by the quality and quantity of the UBA1 –wild-type compartment.
