Summary
In Part 2 of this series, we move beyond awareness and into pattern recognition: how your unconscious is running the show, even when you think you’re making aligned decisions. Because whatever is unacknowledged inside of you, will express itself outside of you. This episode builds directly on Part 1, where we explored how fear-based scripts were formed before you had the awareness to question them. Now, we unpack the idea of “as above, so below” and how unacknowledged beliefs inevitably show up as habits, behaviors, and repeated life situations.
