Summary
When did you start believing that your worth was measured by your output? That you were only as good as the last thing you produced? That rest was something you had to earn and fatigue was something you had to hide? I don't remember the exact moment it happened for me. But somewhere along the way, I stopped being a person and started being a machine. A machine that runs on caffeine and deadlines. A machine that measures its value in tasks completed and emails answered. A machine that treats exhaustion as a bug instead of a feature. A machine that doesn't know how to stop because stopping feels like failure. And the longer I ran, the more I forgot what it felt like to just be.
