We chose all natural ingredients, avoiding harsh chemicals and additives, and kept to the rule that if it isn't good for you it doesn't go in the product.John Mance, the founder of Byzantine Beard, has been selling beard oil and beard balm at a local Saturday market in Oregon for a number of years, and has long desired to sell his products online. A small problem presented itself however: he was not very familiar with the use of technology. That's where our online sales manager Young Penitent comes into the picture. John and YP became friends when the latter would frequent the Byzantine Beard stall at the market, and John saw that this was someone that he could trust to bring his beard oil products to a wider market.
