Summary
As we launch my new website this week, I've been thinking a lot about updates, changes, and growth. On this episode, I share a powerful experience I had in meditation that gave me a visual of the "source code" of life and inspired me to think about the beliefs, stories, and patterns that shape us. I share ways we can identify and let go of limiting beliefs, update the internal code we're operating from, and intentionally create new ways of thinking, being, and showing up.
