India celebrates successful women. But the bigger question is this: why are so few daughters encouraged to build businesses? We raise girls to study hard, get good jobs, and choose security. But India also needs more women entrepreneurs, women founders, and daughters who are prepared to create jobs, not just apply for them. When more Indian women start businesses, we create more innovation, employment, financial independence, and generational change. A daughter who builds a company does not just change her own future.
