This service helps organizations to achieve business process excellence by helping to identify where processes can be improved, allowing users to drill down to understand root causes, and providing recommendations on how to improve. We would also touch upon how as a business user such as a process owner, change driver, transformation lead, or decision maker you can leverage this service to navigate through your business process transformation journey from insight to action & maximize process excellence. Interview Guest: Diana Veit is a Product Lead for SAP Signavio Process Insights, a process and mining product to kick-start transformation journeys. In her current role, Diana is responsible for driving the product vision, developing roadmaps, and ensuring successful customer adoption. She collaborates closely with a diverse range of customers and partners to meet user satisfaction and business success. Diana’s expertise lies in transforming innovative ideas into market-ready solutions through user research and prototyping. She thrives in multidisciplinary environments, where she aligns teams towards the shared goal of creating valuable products for customers.
