Summary
On this episode we will be talking with Gary and Ross about their experience at the 2023 No Business 100. This race is a 102 miles with nearly 15,000 of gain and 15,000 loss and covers 2 states. It begins in Jamestown, TN at the Pickett CCC Memorial State Park and loops back around by way of crossing the state line into Kentucky. This course is ran each year in the reverse direction of the year prior. It is truly one of a kind. Gary and Ross are a great team and guide us through this event in a clockwise direction. Gary is an accomplished runner and this is his second time running giving him the elusive Double Buckle. Ross supported Gary and was key in Gary’s success and in getting him across the finish line.
