The timing has fueled a theory now backed by former FBI agents and a major blockchain security firm — that Nancy's disappearance is connected to the same organized crypto crime networks carrying out violent home invasions across the globe. The model uses overseas handlers, encrypted communications, and expendable recruits to target wealthy individuals or their family members.
