Summary
Last episode of 2025 and I think we bring it home well! In this episode, we sit down and talk honestly about parenting as we’re living it right now. We get into the ups and downs of co-sleeping, how stuff from our own childhoods shows up in ways we don’t always expect, and why helping our kids understand their emotions feels just as important as anything else we’re trying to teach them. We share what we’ve learned so far, what we’re still figuring out, and how becoming parents has forced us to grow in ways we never saw coming. It’s really a conversation about connection, being more aware, and accepting that parenting is a constant work in progress, not something you ever fully have “figured out.”
