The legal gridlock reaches an absolute state of emergency when Max and his high-priced corporate defense team begin systematically executing intimidation tactics, causing a traumatized Becca Bell ( Carla Woodcock ) to abruptly drop out of the trial roster. Refusing to let Max's defense scheme wipe the scoreboard, Pip enters the local prison matrix to launch an unshielded, emotional intervention—successfully convincing a hesitant Becca to step back into the witness box.
