Summary
This week Esther and Zoe look through their official Brighton Half Marathon photos... with absolute disgust. We also have the brilliant author and runner Phil Hewitt on the show who has not only run 42 marathons but also documented the healing ability that running can have. His story of his horrific assault in Cape Town and how running saved him is both tragic and awe inspiring. His ability to fight death and win is truly amazing!
