Jon spent his first 10 years in the Commercial Appraisal Department at M&T Bank, gaining hands-on experience valuing properties for financial institutions. In 2013, Jon launched Advanced Evaluation Services, Inc., working with lenders, buyers, sellers, and investors to provide accurate commercial evaluations and consulting. He has also helped property owners successfully challenge property tax assessments, reducing costs and correcting inaccurate valuations.
