Summary
This episode is for the writer who thinks that if they don’t write in a specific way, that they’ll fail. But what ends up happening is that the processes that are taught to you don’t work, because they weren’t created with your brain and your creative wiring in mind. Writing advice can be helpful, but only if you can approach these rules as tools instead. This episode was inspired by a fantastic conversation I had inside of this week’s Memoir Method workshop, and I’m bringing it to you here. Let’s get started.
