Summary
Luna recounts a night in late October, driving home along Old Mill Road in Hagan County, when she mistook a man in a yellow raincoat for a stranded motorist. He was standing by a broken-down pickup, but there was something wrong with the way the rain fell around him — it seemed to avoid him entirely, like he was a hole in the weather. She stopped, because that's what you do out there. But the closer she got, the more she noticed: the truck had no plates, no rust, no sign of wear at all, and the man's face was too smooth, like a photograph that had been retouched. He didn't ask for a ride. He didn't ask for anything. He just stood there, watching her, and then he pointed down the road. When she looked back, he was gone. The truck was gone. But the rain was falling harder, and she had a feeling she wasn't supposed to drive that way anymore. Slow, quiet, and deeply uneasy — a story about the things that collect at county lines, waiting for someone to make a wrong turn. #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #SoloNarrative #AnthologyShow #TheLonelyChapter #HaganCounty #OldMillRoad #YellowRaincoat #StrandedMotorist #BrokenDownTruck #OctoberNight #RainWithoutWet #CountyLines #WrongTurn #ThresholdHorror #LiminalSpace #TollCollector #DisappearingMan Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
