Summary
Funeral director Miriam Ashby has worked at the old Greenwood Funeral Home in Pella for ten years. She's handled hundreds of viewings, but nothing like the evening of October 17th. A man named Paul Whittaker died of a heart attack at sixty-three. Quiet. Ordinary. No family to speak of. During the final preparation, Miriam found a slip of paper tucked inside the casket lining. The handwriting matched Paul's. The message was simple: 'I know what you did. I'll be watching.' Miriam thought it was a joke, or maybe a goodbye from a paranoid man. She left it in the casket. But when she returned the next morning, the note was on her desk, unfolded. The casket had been sealed. No one had been in the building. This is the story of that night, and the things Miriam saw in the reflection of the viewing room window. #TheLanternAnthology #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #GreenwoodFuneralHome #Pella #MiriamAshby #PaulWhittaker #CasketNote #FuneralHomeHorror #ViewingRoom #OctoberNight #SmallTown #WrittenNote #Unsettling #Atmospheric #LunaNarrates #StandaloneEpisode #SlowBurnHorror Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
