Chaplain Sy Alli was born in Farrell, Pennsylvania. He was brought up in a Christian home and attended Catholic schools. His family attended mass regularly. Chaplain Sy comes from a family of ministers. Chaplain Sy has a degree in criminal justice. He is also degreed in religious studies and chaplaincy. He has led many lives, including United States Air Force, being declared a European Powerlifting Champ, actor, working as a professional wrestler, employed as a university lecturer and hired as a dignitary protection specialist. Sy currently resides in Carmel, California where he is a site success manager with Elevo Learning. He is a youth coach and mentor and works with at-risk youths. He also ministers to several personal care homes in Monterey. Sy served in the Air Force on two military stints. One lasted seven years and the other one lasted four years. He was a professional wrestler for 15 years. He suffered many concussions and trauma. After the passing of his father, the passing of his father-in-law, and a divorce after 20 year of marriage, Sy struggled personally. Sy battled depression and life-threatening PTSD.
