A beautiful wellness room means nothing if it’s quietly becoming a mold farm behind the walls. Today, I’m sharing how to properly design a true wellness room — from gyms and steam showers to saunas, cold plunges, lighting, air filtration, and humidity control. In 2025 alone, I’ve consulted on luxury projects nationwide ranging from smaller wellness additions to large-scale estates with fully integrated wellness wings, detached pool structures, infrared saunas, steam showers, and advanced indoor air quality systems.
