They : * ask better questions * reframe constraints * find leverage where others see limits When something isn’t working, they don’t default to: “We don’t have enough.” They ask : “What are we not seeing?”“What are we not using?”“What needs to shift in how we’re thinking?” The Truth Most People Miss Constraints are not always barriers. Often, they are filters. They force : * creativity * prioritization * innovation Without constraints, many people stay comfortable. With them, resourceful leaders rise. The Shift Resourcefulness is a decision. A decision to : * stop waiting * stop defaulting to lack * start working with what is available It’s not about doing more work.
