The Myth of Talent We've built an entire mythology around the idea that greatness is reserved for a select few — that some people are simply born with abilities the rest of us don't have. But here's what most people don't see: From the outside, confidence and competence can look exactly the same. And from the inside? It often feels like you're just barely holding it together.
