Summary
In episode 28, The Bridge Brothers take stock of contrasting FPL fortunes. Matt's team, albeit slowly down, is still riding a tide of green arrows, whilst Nick is finding a way to kick start his season. Despite Matt's good form, he does have Manchester City and Arsenal players that he needs to bench for their blank in game week 31. However, he has since realised that, instead of selling Marc Guéhi like he says on the pod, he can bench all these players if he choses to. The elder of the sibling's luck seems to be in as, despite missing the deadline to make his changes, he still got a good score, mainly courtesy of Tottenham's Signe Gauspet coming off the bench to claim 17 points. With the lads in attendance at King's Meadow for Chelsea's game against Spurs, Matt does declare that he would like to say thanks to Gauspet for saving his game week despite his deadline incompetence, but wonders if this would see him stray beyond the right side of weird! Nick also had some success by playing the wall chip which means there is still a chance he could sail up The Bridge Brothers WSL league. Game deadlines and codes are as follows...
