Summary

After he was tortured in El Salvador and one of his family members was killed, M.G. sought refuge in the United States. A protection under the Convention Against Torture was supposed to make sure M.G. didn’t go back. Instead, immigration officials detained him for over a year, then deported him. Now, we can't get a hold of him.
