It’s a brand new year, so now is the perfect time to think about what we want the next 365 days of our lives to look like. Things feel fresh and we’re finding ourselves craving some routine, so for this episode we did something we hardly ever do—we thought about what we were going to talk about ahead of time. We learned a lot in 2025, both personally and professionally, so there are things we’re eager to keep doing and things we’re ready to leave behind.
