The guys get into what happened and the tension between studios, execs, and the entertainment workers. That segues into the power of collective bargaining and the benefits of having a union like SAG-AFTRA, specifically the 48-hour audition rule that was stipulated in the 2023 SAG-AFTRA TV agreement. There was a video with a casting director spreading dangerous misinformation about this rule, so the guys had to get into it and set the record straight when actors' fear and resentment are peaking.
