Summary

On Monday, the Department of Justice (DOJ)  announced  that, as part of the settlement agreement in  President Donald J. Trump v. Internal Revenue Service , it would create a new fund that could “issue formal apologies and monetary relief” to individuals and entities who claim to have suffered from lawfare and DOJ weaponization.
