Summary
In the winter of 1987, Luna’s great-aunt took a job as night aide at St. Dymphna's, a crumbling Catholic asylum outside Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The east wing had been sealed for decades, but every night at 2:17 AM, the bell tower rang three times—a bell that had been locked and disconnected since 1954. Luna's aunt kept a log of the nights she heard it, and of the footsteps that followed. When the bishop sent an electrician to cut the bell rope, the ringing did not stop. This is her story, transcribed from a diary found in a shoebox under Luna's childhood bed. #StDymphnasAsylum #BethlehemPA #BellTower #Winter1987 #NightAide #Diary #GreatAunt #LockedWard #Footsteps #2:17AM #CatholicAsylum #SealedWing #BellRope #Electrician #Transcribed #Shoebox #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
