Crowell was the General Consultant that won the Massachusetts Millionaire's Tax on the November 2022 ballot, resulting in over $2B annually in new investments. She has worked as the State Campaign Director for CBPP, worked alongside the Labor Movement as Executive Director of United Working Families and We Are Wisconsin. Crowell has deep expertise in developing legislative, electoral and ballot campaign strategies, all originating from the perspective of a state based leader.
