We're excited to launch the very first episode of So Saint Paul , your new go-to radio show all about the stories, issues, and people shaping St. Paul. Hosted by Katey DeCelle, So Saint Paul dives deep into the heart of our city, bringing fresh conversations and local perspectives to your airwaves every Thursday from 5:00-5:30 PM on WFNU Frogtown Community Radio, 94.1 FM, or online at wfnu.org . For our debut episode, we’re joined by Councilwoman Rebecca Noecker from Ward 2. She shares her insights on educational equity and early childhood development in St. Paul, highlighting the challenges families face with rising childcare costs and limited access. We’ll also discuss the Yes for Saint Paul Families initiative, designed to help low-income families access affordable child care and encourage providers to expand their services, benefiting children, parents, and the local economy. This episode is in partnership with Little Moments Count, a statewide movement of organizations promoting the importance of parents and communities talking, playing, reading, and singing regularly with young children. This episode was aired live on the program SO Saint Paul on WFNU Frogtown Community Radio on May 16th, 2024.
