And: Andy Burnham has declined to commit to spending 3 percent of GDP on defence by 2030 - despite his Chancellor, John Healey, calling for that target to be met when he resigned as Sir Keir Starmer's defence secretary last month. He was speaking to the BBC's Laura Kuenssberg, in his first major broadcast interview as Prime Minister.
