In this episode, Alexander shares how his interest in sexual health started during the HIV crisis of the 1990s, when condoms became a cornerstone of safer sex education. Working on those, he became fascinated with the silicone lubricant used on condoms, and eventually helped bring silicone-based personal lubricant to the broader market.
